Ang "Evacuation Services" ay isang serbisyo na tumutulong sa ligtas at mabilis na paglikas ng mga tao mula sa isang lugar na nasa panganib, tulad ng mga lugar na apektado ng kalamidad, sunog, o iba pang mga sakuna. Layunin ng serbisyong ito na magbigay ng gabay, suporta, at mga kinakailangang kagamitan upang matiyak ang kaligtasan ng lahat ng apektado. Kasama rito ang pag-aayos ng mga evacuation centers, pagbibigay ng impormasyon tungkol sa ligtas na mga ruta, at pagtulong sa mga nangangailangan ng espesyal na pangangalaga.
